The Therapist
As an emotionally focused therapist, I help people foster emotional awareness, create emotional and secure bonds, and promote healthier communication patterns.
I counsel individuals and couples to identify and understand their emotions and cycles, particularly in their relationships. Through a direct and supportive approach, I help individuals and couples strengthen their emotional connection, heal from past wounds, and develop healthier ways to relate to each other.

I enjoy working with people who feel stuck in their lives and relationships due to trauma. I have a special interest in helping those working through trauma caused by betrayal.
